Hi all! Trying this "back from hiatus" thing one more time. (Hopefully it'll stick!)
One of my favorite characters to work on is Corbin. He may go through a name change now that pet names are not unique, but that's a discussion for another time. Anyway! His story is that he and his wife Gwendolyn run a home for abandoned imaginary friends. However, as payment for spending their days at the home, imaginary friends have to give up one cherished memory from their time with their children. The memory they give to Corbin and Gwendolyn as payment then takes a shape - most of the time it is a toy, but not always! Corbin and Gwendolyn have accumulated quite the collection, but are always on the lookout for more.
What can you do to help me with this pet treasure? You can pick 3-4 items that remind you of something from your childhood and post them here! Does not have to be toy items.
This helps me flesh out a treasure chest that has items from many different perspectives and cultures. I also love the idea of majority of Subeta users being able to see a little bit of their childhood through his page. Collective nostalgia and warm fuzzies make me happy.
Here's what's currently in his treasure for reference.
Thank you for your help! :)
I spent a lot of time as a youth on the farm. Not only making bales, but playing the hay stacks (bales make great building material), feeding the animals, etc.
Snow was a big part of my childhood, not only the actual stuff, but making paper snowflakes too, so both these items apply:
My favorite food was carrots, nothing tasted as fine as running out to the garden, digging up a carrot, brushing off the dirt and chowing down!
Could have listed a bunch of the toys onsite, but looking through the existing TC, I spotted everything I would have suggested anyway.

Great picks!! Thank you for sharing a little bit about your choices too. :)
You unlocked a core memory for me with paper snowflakes!
Glad you found it helpful, it was a fun little jaunt down memory lane :D

When I'd spend time with my grandfather, I would feed the fish in his ponds.
My grandmother would take us beachcombing in the summers, but it looks like this is already in your treasure chest.
We would hike in the wilderness behind my grandparents' house. We would find all sorts of neat items and wildlife.
When there were meteor showers, we'd bundle up and lie beneath the night sky for stargazing.
This was fun! That's a great idea for a treasure chest.

I love all of these items; thank you so much for sharing!!
EDIT:
Since everyone's been so kind to share a little more about their picks, I want to talk about a few that came to mind for me yesterday.
This one invokes a lot for me - notes to friends between classes, doodling, "list doodling" (I was never very good at drawing, but I liked making lists), paper folding/origami
My dad and my grandfather hunted every year while I was growing up. They both had mounted deer heads, and they had names. It was hard not to personify them, even though I knew logically they weren't alive.
My grandparents always kept their candy jars filled with peanut M&Ms -- later years, sometimes they would be peanut butter. However, growing up they were always peanut.
