In the rarity slot, sometimes the item will say artifact or collection. How do you get these items?

Collection items are items in Donation Presents and Collections the ones you see in Cash Shop

Ie. [Item=august 2022 collection]

As for Artifact items they are items that can be found in Black Heart Hollow, Token Shop

Artifact rarity includes a lot of other special shops like the Millionaire Center, Blue Building Shop, the Neugarten shops (but not the Brewery), etc. I would recommend looking items up on Subetalodge to check specifically where to get them c:

the 105 rarity comes from a lot of places. In addition to the token shop and blackheart hollow, they come from several other specialty and holiday shops: MOMA gift shop Millionaire shop New Year shop Recycle beast shop Five Seven Five Go Outside and more.
