I'm interested in Kooro! The name vaguely reminds me of Cooroo, my favorite character from my favorite book, The Hounds of the Morrigan! I wouldn't make her a red fox/Jollin to resemble the character however, I'd want to make her a Storm Ontra because they're cute rainy day pets. She'd be Sunshine's older sib.

I would adore Calix! I would make him a rat king & tangle. Some sort of thief? As Calix seems to also relate to hidden! And chalice and goblets can represent both wealth and greed, and I think it'd be fun to work around that with his character.

I'd love to adopt Varis! Love that name, and the fact it's a Hydrus is perfect. Thinking of making Varis' story linked with my Ti-ana's, as a watcher for Merana. (:
