I recently adopted a pet, which had battled a good amount already. The owner told me, there was a way, to reset battle stats on my account, because they carry over and it's super annoying, never to know, which challenger is really "done" or at which point. I was told to put &resync=resync at the end of the pet's statistics page, yet that doesn't work for me. Thanks for help!

I'm pretty sure that's not possible, and if it was at some point in the past, it was probably a bug. That seems extremely easy to abuse.

That being said, the specific wording sounds familiar. I think it's supposed to kind of "refresh" the stats so they update, but I can't remember or find where I saw the reference to it to confirm if that's what it was for

Hm, thank you. A little disappointing, if there was no way around, since I had been happy about this info. But not the end of the world.

I don't see the danger of abuse, since it would only correctly show, what is applicable to a new pet.

The draw back is the pet is new to you not the site. So anything done to or for the pet previous stays on about that pet. We can't change the food they ate, books they read so it makes sense we can't change their battle stats.

Well, I've lived with it for 15 years, would have been a nice change, had it been correct info, but I can live with it for another 15 years :-) Books read and food eaten is a different thing, though, because that remains on the pet, when they travel. Fought battles do not, they start over from start on a new account.

If the battles themselves reset, you could probably file a ticket to have the information on the statistics page corrected to match...I wasn't aware they were supposed to reset if the pet moves to a new account
