i don't think a tribute was made to her specifically, but if you look around, there are tributes to iwtv, but i don't think there are of any other books she's written. like this item; and i've released some cw eyes with book (or is it movie?) quotes from iwtv;

This. She literally threatened to sue children for daring to make fanfiction. She did everything in her power to suck the living soul out of fandom.

It's already been answered, but it's worth mentioning that not every celebrity or important person death gets a tribute. It's up to the artists if they have the time to work something out and if they have an emotional connection, inspiration, etc. to do one. It's why they don't really allow suggestion threads for these topics either, because it's something they prefer to do kind of spontaneously and not make the artists feel obligated to make something.
