I've had BB access for years, but I just got an alert that a group of Bumbii are wanting to take me somewhere, and giving me access to BB.

The Bumbus summons RE gives you a quest for Queen Bea, not access to the building c:

, Interesting. Is that normal for it to give you a list of the requirements for access to Blue Building for every Queen Bea quest as well? I never pay attention to the bumbii posts, so I don't know if you always get the requirements list.

If you click on the Blue Building from the map, I know it shows you the list as like the "main" page before you enter and click on which floor you wanna go to. I don't know off hand if that's always where the link from the RE leads. I usually just keep a Queen Bea quest sitting around until/unless i need it so I don't usually click on the link
