Tried relogging several times and new.subeta keeps saying I am not logged in which means also I can't read forums which is why I'm starting a new topic. I can't log in on new.subeta as where my avatar image usually is is just a rotating circle with nothing clickable.

Also had to redo my password and it seems to require several 'special characters' or more capitals etc until it's a Strong password as anything less the button was greyed out.

Mine kept saying email was invalid but I still have that email? lol I changed my email anyway but it was odd.

I can’t log in to the new log in on my IPad or on my Windows pc. I have tried both of my Emails, several different browsers. Software is up to date. So frustrating!!

File a ticket, that’s what I was told by admin to do. They are still trying to figure out why I’m unable to log in. Hopefully, the mystery is solved soon!

Same here. Email invalid. Changed it to a different email and both seem to be invalid. Maybe cause all are subscribers??? Grasping at straws but I dunno.

Update- Admin had me try the following, and it worked..

Could I have you try each of the following:

1. Clear your cookies and cache for all time (not just the default 2 weeks);
2. Log out and log back in on https://auth.subeta.net
3. Change your password and see if you can log in on https://auth.subeta.net

I tried the instructions you posted . I got "Invalid email/username or password. Usernames are case sensitive!" I even rebooted the laptop after clearing cache/cookies. I changed my email because it was an old one that I don't have anymore but I tried both the old and new one and got the same results. I suppose I will have to send a ticket. I appreciate you trying to help me out.

I didn't see Keith's response on here. Just tried my username and password but it didn't work either.

- I've already signed in with the new Auth before on the day you released it but when i went to start doing stuff today it made me sign back in on the OLD page then go back to do it on the new Auth page. I thought the new Auth was supposed to keep us from getting signed out?

I have tried it all still no joy this may sound stupid but what does it mean 'special characters', good luck to you all,,xx

I too have been getting the invalid email or password even though my username is correct and I just changed my password... twice.

So I'm currently using the "old log in" system. Anyone know how long this will be kept around? Or when the issue will be fixed?

Did you try clearing your history (all time)? That is what did it for me. If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest filing a ticket.
