Unable to purchase from CW shops

I've tried to buy an item, but the purchase won't go through. The loading circle just keeps going around and around....

Anyone else having this issue?

It's working alright. I bought an item I didn't want. Hopefully I can use it. If I can't figure out how to use the top, I'll sell it lol. Fml
