I was just doing Quentin's quests and they asked for an item they rewarded me with right after rewarding me with it. o_O

the items requested are randomized within certain criteria; for instance, items from certain shops or of certain rarities. sometimes this overlaps with the items they can reward you with. i've definitely had quests where i turned in the item and then received that exact same item as the reward for the quest.
