Hydrus I know that hydrus pets are aquired through finishing one of Merana's quest. The question is, where can I find Merana? I've heard that she's lurking randomly around the world. Is there a thread or ping group or something that I can follow?

Nostalgic I brought a Nostalgic instruction to Vanya and completd his quest, only to get a Nostalgic toy? How do I get a Nostalgic pet? What is the criteria of receiving toys or pets?

Thank you so much!!! May I ask another question? Does the pet which I want to transform need to be the same species as the toy? For example, if I want a Nostalgic Neela, do I need to adopt a Neela at first?

Sorry for popping so many questions. I wish there is some sort of guide but I can't find it anywhere :(

off top of my head I dont believe so, I believe you might be able to just create the pet with the toy/essence as well, but not 100% sure on that(been awhile since Ive done nostalgic)

Yup! Make sure you have the potion for the nostaglic pet ^^
