How do you find CSC wardrobe items if they are not on sale? I try search shop but nothing shows up. I've been hunting down 3 CSC wardrobe items for my Dream HA (Human Avatar).

Anyone might have any suggestions?

I'm afraid you can't do anything except create a thread about the CWs you're looking for in the Subeta Commerce > Advertising > r200 Advertising subsection of the Forums. Who knows, maybe one of us own the items in question and would kindly sell them to you.

An alternative would be the CW Pawn Shop, it opens once or twice a year for a few days. It's an opportunity to get (rare) CWs pawned by users although it's not guaranteed you'll find what you're seeking. For the moment it's closed and we have no idea when it'll open.

I'd advise you to check the status of those specific CWs on the Custom Wearables: Official Directory page, e.g. if an item is RETIRED, especially if there are few copies sold, then the probability that you'll find it for sale/trade from another user will be very low.

(You should use the term "Custom Wearables/CWs" instead of "CSC wardrobe items" to avoid confusion with, among others, Clothing Cash Shop items.)

It really depends there's time's when they don't show up they are usually in Cw Shops in the New Subeta site and like Mort said it's better to use CWs considering Csc and Cws are a bit different in regards Csc is Cash Shop items and there's the Currency counterpart Cws on the other hand are its own item it's just paying in Csc (Currency part) wise

thank you! I realized I just wrote CSC instead of CWs. I haven't played for a long time and I remember it use to be easier to find CW items in the past compare to now.

CW's are very easy to find, they have their own store section and you can search for them by many different methods.
