Hello! I just (sort of) opened my first CW shop. there's only one item in it right now but I'm working on some more. I work slow and as I go I learn the ropes of making proper CW items. For example the first CW I made ,that was approved, ended up looking not so great on the site itself so I don't sell it, I wish I could change it but it is what it is. Also I make some layers mistakes, still learn how to do it clean, example: I can't recolor the Kitsune mask. 🥲 Beside that I'm hopefully gonna make my own forum group or/and a pin section in the shop.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself to the community. Thanks to anyone that read this post. 🦇🦇

you're so sweet! I did get the invite, but the way the system works is kinda funky so it won't let me redeem it unless a copy is added into the shop (welcome to the finicky world of cw shops ; u; ). Do you have future ideas for cws to work on yet? It's always exciting to see new artists braving these waters!

Should work now, I think I forgot to save after adding some units. facepalm Well, right now I work on an a cyber oni mask and I try to get my vampire hairstyle wig approved. I prefer a dark style 🦇. Though I also work on some JOJO BT items mainly for my J&C pets to have. I see users make so many items and they look so polish, it makes me want to get to that lvl as well, but I need to remind myself that I just started.

I guess there is value in keeping your items locked sometimes? I see shop owners do events and bring back some items only at certain times.., but I feel like I don't mind restocking and selling to people who missed out if they really want the item. I know how that feels heh. I guess I'll learn to balance things out.

I'm seeing some great line definition and shading on both the items themselves and the CIs, which is hard to manage. So troublesome for being such tiny things!

And you'll definitely find a way of releasing that feels comfortable to you. My items are all unlimited, but I release them in batches of 20. If they sell quickly, I can just restock another 20~! If they just sit there and don't sell, then when I hit a certain amount of items in my shop, I might temporarily warehouse them just so the shop doesn't get too cluttered.
