I am trying to get the challenger Kain by sending 5 bugs to him through the gift centre. Bugs are from the game bugcatcher as checked on subetalodge. It is not working. Am I using the wrong link for [NPC] Kain

I think the NPC part needs to be capitalized. I was able to look him up that way with no issue.
