Its been so long.. I wanted to know is there a limit to what cw’s you can buy in a general shop, not cw shop? Like at what point is it considered gallery display/unbuyable because its listed at the current limit?

It's limited only to what the person puts up for sale. If looking to buy stuff use the r200 to hunt around. Or if asking for your own holding then it's limited to labeling the shop a gallery and staying within that space limit.

not sure what you mean? you can buy whatever you can afford. if something in a user shop shows up as "display only" that just means it hasn't been priced. sometimes this is because the user hasn't gotten around to pricing it yet, and sometimes they do this on purpose because they want offers (either in currency or trading for another item).

Do you mean like how the normal shop seach cap for a normal item is 100mil sp? The answer is then technically 100mil CSC but obvs at that point no one will buy your item through the shop.

if you had that much CSC and were willing to spend it, sure, there's no limit. if it has a visible price, it's a buyable item.
