What sort of superpower would you choose to have, if it had to be something outside the norm?

Potential powers could be all types of things! Examples I can randomly come up with are… the ability to give people goosebumps with just a touch, to the ability to see through one particular type of material (wood, cotton, plastic, mud, etc), speeding up the movement of snails, manifesting a rainbow at will, shapeshifting but only into plants, and so on. The sky’s the limit with this one!

There’s no limit on how “strong” the superpower can be, either! If it falls beyond the scope of the typical, classic, and mainstream superpowers, then it’s fair game.

I think I’d choose… hm, maybe the ability to replicate inorganic material on a small scale? The ability to create more of the shiny things I have in my dragon hoard would definitely be cool to have. I have a ton of really tiny cut gems (1mm to 5mm, mostly), and while I love them, they don’t make for a very sizable hoard. (^u^; )

A type of invunerability, affected by an extreme sense of indifference. Nothing can hurt mine, simply because mine don't care.

Oh, that’s cool. :D That brings to mind other emotion-based powers. It’d be pretty cool to have something powered purely by spite. Minor jinxes and hexes, maybe? Irritating and distracting, but mostly functions at a level that won’t cause actual harm. If you felt really, really spiteful, though… boy, oh boy.

The manifestation of the phrase, "No one will ever hurt me again."

I would want 2- mind manipulation; like on umbrella academy when she says "I heard a rumor.." and be able to snap my fingers and have whatever im currently craving be placed in front of me.

i want the power to withdraw from an "emotiona bank" i depsit money into it and in times of any heartaches i can withdraw from there in an exchange of tqaking the pain away with the money/funds i withdraw!!

Aw, I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve gone through the same thing, and it’s always hard. That’s a very clever superpower, though! It could also be useful for things like crisis situations, where keeping calm is crucial to a good outcome.

The ability to never need sleep, food, or water. I still want to be able to choose those things but it would be cool to turn it off when it's inconvenient.

That would definitely be useful, yeah! Great idea, with being able to choose whether or not you did need them.

Mine can destroy matter at the subatomic level, and mine twin sister can trigger radioactivity.

(Taking a cue from X-men, zo our powers cannot affect each other. But also mine don't see much use of strong and weak nuclear forces. Everybody does gravity and magnetism...)
