I know Keith is working hard to get this problem resolved (THANK YOU!) but I'm concerned about my streak. It's 4 digits and I really don't want to lose that. Will we be able to keep our streaks when this issue is resolved?

Yes! Just before rollover. I kept refreshing over and over until it worked.
I'm using a tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) which doesn't have Control or F5 keys so I have no clue how to do a hard refresh. It's just hit or miss with regular refreshing.

Glad I found this because it never occurred to me to refresh, but it worked and i got my prize
