I tried making a new multimedia portion on my profile, but it won't show up, and my profile won't save any updates I make to anything existing on my profile other than updating the code itself.

Any ideas how to fix this, or how to remedy this situation? I wanted to update the video on my profile, and have been trying for an hour with no idea what to do.

Not sure if this is your issue, but I ran into this problem too. I couldn't edit from the actual profile edit page as it would just stay the same- though the code would update. Editing directly on my profile (in the widget 'profile') solved it. Maybe try that?
