When I click on the main page it has me signed out each time but if I click away it is fine. It also doesn't seem to be updating the front page for me, even though I got the news alert on another page. Not terribly annoying but wanted to go ahead and report it.

Edit: the news content just seems to be delayed but it is still saying I am logged out

I am using chrome, I click on 'welcome to subeta' or go directly to subeta.net and it shows that I am logged out. If I then refresh after I log in, I am still in but if I go to subeta.net again it shows me as logged out.

edit: To add if I just click off of the main page to say any other page, I am logged in then.

I'm also having this issue, but it happens on the inventory page as well. If I'm on the home page or inventory, it claims I'm logged out and any other page I'm still logged in.

Edit: I think it's stopped now.

Edit again: okay, it stopped with clearing the cache and upon visiting the page a second time, happened again. 🤦

This sounds like a cache hiccup on your browser. You could trying clearing your cache and restarting the browser. Or maybe test if it happens on another browser to verify that's the issue?

So chrome with cleaning cache and cookies still does it but firefox is fine. Seems to be a browser issue

I checked my inventory and it is doing it as well. I can't really access my inventory on chrome

I cannot stay logged in. It mostly seems to keep me logged in when I do - but if I open a new tab, I'm out again. If I don't open a new tab I can stay logged in for a few pages. I first noticed it on the news page. I went to open the donation center in a new tab and bam, kicked out. :( Hope this is very temporary. I live in tabs. Like 8 of them. :)

edit, opened a new tab for inventory, OK, opened a new tab for my shops, ok, opened new page NEWS page.. kicked out. yeah - news page seems to play a part.

I can be on the News page, I'm not logged in, or not showing me logged on. Same page I go to Explore or Forums or Inventory etc. I'm logged in without having to do the whole "log in" thing again. I also can't get to the Carnival Prize shop even if I'm using the link from the Special Shops page or the link on Delphi.

I'm having that issue as well. Where it logs me out, but if I click on the inventory page, it makes me look like I'm already login. I'm on google chrome

oh my gosh - seeing the others - it does work - I went to donation center and it prompts me to log in ... refresh the page and, BAM, I'm in without entering the criteria... interesting.

I had a similar problem and cleared up after clearing the cache and the cookies.

For me it's the inventory page. If I click on "inventory", it sends me to the login page with the "You must be logged in to view this page!" error message at the top.

But even though it sends me to that page, I stay logged in. It doesn't actually log me out. It just shows me that page instead of my inventory 🤷‍♀️

I'm on Chrome on a mac. So far I have no problems with any of the other pages.

Subq is throwing it for me. Chrome + Latest Windows 11 updates. No extensions relevant.

i have the latest version of safari, and i'm having a similar problem

i get a logged out page specifically if i buy/try to buy an item from a main shop, close the tab, and then reopen that same tab (so i run into it a lot while questing when i close the tab before realizing i hit the "wait 5 seconds before your next buy" error)

clearing cookies/cache does not help, and i should not have any conflicting extensions

Edit: I am also on chrome on a Mac, and up until about 5 min ago was using the site for the last half an hour or so with no issues.

Edit pt. 2: just cleared all my cookies (and I mean ALL of them... rubs belly contentedly) hahah but forreal clearing the browsing data seems to have worked for me. Will post another update if anything changes.

Edit pt. 3: so clearing the cache/cookies seems to have worked partially. I can now click on Inventory and actually get to my inventory without being thrown back to the homepage, like I was before. However, if I click on the Subeta logo to go to the news page, it still loads as the homepage and makes it appear as though I have to log in again, which is also an issue I was experiencing prior to clearing my cookies.

I have been having issues getting into my inventory (at least on my mobile devices), as it takes me to a logged out page even though I am signed into the rest of the site. Haven't checked my laptop, so not sure if the same issue exists on the predominant browser I use there, which is different for my mobile devices.

Both phone and tablet use Chrome. It has been updated on both in the past few days.

I have the same "logged out" problem. I cleared my cookies, and it solved it temporarily. But then it came back. Can't check my inventory etc, and it's pretty tedious to have to clear my cookies multiple times a day just for subeta.

This is happening to me as well. I'm using Chrome. The news page shows me as logged out and while I was going through my dailies a few of those had the same issue when I would click on them. I can't access my inventory currently.
