this is kind of a dumb question but is there a forum specifically for unlocking blue building? i know 100 posts isn't a lot but I find it hard to put my input in 99% of the time. Still trying to understand forums.

a good forum to rack up posts would be the games(ie a-z of movies, etc) the pet forums can be good as well(favorite pet name above etc)

I found I got many posts in the chit chat area of forums as many people have many topic types going. Just be sure to read the rules on each forum type as there are rules about necroed threads and sometimes even what you can post where. There's a few threads right now that'd be easy to post on.

one of the easiest place to get your post count up is the Games Forum. You play site games/activities, then post your results in the appropriate thread. You don't need to fret about coming up with stuff to talk about. If you're shy, it really easy posting.

Another good place is User run games. There's easy stuff, like TV Shows a-z, names a-z, etc. that again don't require a lot of investment in figuring out what to say.

Looks like you also need achievements. There are a lot of tiered achievements that the higher tiers are difficult (or time consuming, or expensive), but the lower level tiers are very quick, easy and cheap, so you'll want to look at those :).
