How to equip avatar borders?

I'm coming back after a long hiatus and I have no idea how to equip the rave avatar border I just earned, help please?

Now it's saying I don't have it unlocked even though I still have the event in my sidebar. I'm so confused.

Try logging out and logging back into New Subeta, see if that helps?

Out of curiosity I received a notification that my old signature that I've had from almost a decade ago was too big, but when I went to remove it the signature said it was cleared by staff and that's all that will show up now?

The new signature will take a little while to show up, but it looks like it should be all set up and will be visible when the cache clears.
