I originally asked that same seller about the pink, red, and blonde strands and she said it was 1200 CSC each because that's what all of them typically "go for". (Even though I definitely bought my brown strand for 700 CSC, my blue one for 800 CSC, and another one for a voucher today. Not to mention there are 4-5 others that are all in the shop for 500 CSC.) So I politely asked her if she would consider going a little lower if I bundled it and bought all four strands and a few other items together (I was going to get you the chocolate as a gift) and instead of just saying "I'm sorry, my prices are firm" - she ignored what I said about the other items I was going to pay full price for that weren't hair and essentially told me "have a good day bye".. basically cutting off any sales with me at all. Like I didn't say I wouldn't pay full price, I just asked if she'd be willing to go down a little bit. And I could've countered and told her I'd do full price (because I was willing at the beginning) but after how she talked to me I didn't want to give her my money. Lmao. I'd honestly hold out for a different seller, love. The strands are cute but they are not worth that price and you can get two or three hairstyles for that price.

wow thank you for sharing that story! and that is an extremely sweet sentiment of you to think about getting them for me as a gift 🥺 1200 is the price I was quoted, I didn’t want to go over 1k csc but I have about 5 outfits saved in wardrobe using the strands so I really do want them! but unfortunately I said i’d gather the csc by the end of today - it’s the end of today and i don’t even have enough. couldn’t even buy them if I wanted 😅 i’m just worried it’ll be a long while before I find someone else who has them for sale. i’m all for understanding that people value certain items at different amounts based off certain factors, but i’m sorry to hear what you said. 😞

Since we're the unofficial Sanguine Strand Hunting Hiatus Breaking Twins, I figured why not? 😂 I know how rough coming off a super long hiatus is, how hard it is getting the hang of things all over again and trying to jump leaps and bounds to get up to speed on a new HA, and then I also know how it feels to really really want something that is no longer around bc you weren't around for its release.

There are so many things I have felt like giving up on. So I know how easy it is to get discouraged when looking for CW's, but I promise you, someone will come along and even if they don't.. those strands aren't going anywhere in the meantime. I thought the same thing about the brownie strands, but funnily enough, I got not just one colour - but three colours in two days. It's half luck, half determination. Just keep bumping your post in the meantime and keep looking. Make sure you search the shops at least twice a day just in case someone lists it up in trades. Also search galleries and message owners! I promise you, those strands will be yours soon!

And if you do manage to find a new seller and can't afford it, hmu! I'll help you out! 😘

we really are twins!!! and by the way your HA is coming along AMAZINGLY for masquerade ☺️ is it complete? that’s the one hard thing about coming back from a hiatus - seeing all the items you missed out on and have to jump through hoops to try and find! I swear when i’m playing around in wardrobe or the CW inventory browser i try and sort it to items that are currently available to buy so I don’t get my heart set on something that’s not available. but these chocolate sanguine strands are just too gorgeous to pass up! it looks like my real life hair except extra volume and no effects of florida humidity 😂 I am SO glad you got 3 colors so quickly of them, you are a sweetheart and totally deserve it. & I maaaaay take you up on the offer of helping if I find the strands but am short a bit. i’m trying to remember 10 years ago how I made sP/csc on here without just swiping my credit card 😅
