how does BHH who is in darkside work because every time I go there it is empty, do they randomly restock in the middle of the night or is there an announcement made?

It restocks one item at a time randomly a few times a day. You just have to check back often (but not more than around 3x/hr or you’ll get thrown out for a while). If you see something, grab it immediately.

You pay in wizard tokens.

Yeah, I just randomly check it throughout the day and occasionally catch an item in there and if I’m lucky I can buy it. If you check too often then you’ll get a timeout from it though. There’s an achievement to buy 100 items so there’s a bunch of competition. Last thing I got was 500 wizard tokens.

Some other notes: It will stock a single random item at a time. Items can cost anywhere from 100 to 5000+ (shinigami is the most expensive I've caught but there might be newer stuff I don't know about).
