Recently there was an announcement posted that new items could be found in the Subeautique by a certain designer. When I follow the link in that post to the Subeautique, I only see Esmerelda, and she carries so little, and never what the announcements show should be available. When I am on the general Subeautique page, I see two options: Subeautique Clothing and Subeautique Makeup, neither of which show me the new items when I explore them. I have never been able to see them when they are announced so long as I have been here at Subeta. So I have to ask:

What important detail am I missing that will give me access to these new items?

Like Esmerelda herself says:

Only a few items of the currently available collections show up at a time, so Subeautique works similarly to the main shops: from time to time it refreshes and replaces the items in store - the difference is that Subeautique is not cumulative. The makeups work like special shops, everything is available and with no stock limit.

she shows 9 items at a time available to buy. Every few minutes (10-30 ish), those items get wiped out and a different set of 9 items are shown. People are very fast - some sit in the shop and refresh constantly maybe - and new items get bought pretty much instantaneously for at least the first week after new sets are announced.

I'm not very fast - so it usually takes me at least a week, maybe 2 or 3 before I manage to buy my first item of the new set. I sometimes manage to see a new item, but by the time I click to buy, its already sold out. And sometimes I manage to catch a restock right away and no new items are there at all. So it takes time and patience.

Basically as the others have summarized ^^ the chances of seeing the new items are Random so basically you either stalk the Rses or join the Ping Group
