currently has an assigned rarity of Special (150) rather than somewhere in the Rare-Super Rare range. My hunch is that this is causing the item to not stock at the Subeautique (there seems to be far fewer of them in rotation when compared to other items in the set).

I think it's because it's meant to be obtained by restocking the other version of the leg bands and transforming them into that version, probably so that it doesn't take up too much space by having two different versions that can restock there.
