Is it literally too much to ask for a functional site? Right now I cannot send out any invites because the 'manage shop' page is just a blank white page. This wasn't an issue earlier but now suddenly it is. Clearing cache does nothing to help this.

And before anyone blames Safari..my sister tried to do the same exact thing on Chrome and it did the same exact thing. What the heck is going on?

I'm having the same issue as well. I can't do anything on my shop's manage item's page. It just goes white. I use Chrome.

I am also having the same issue with my CW Shop.

I tried to go to manage my shop items, and all I get is a blank page. I am using the latest Chrome.

Edit: I can confirm this is also happening on firefox for me. I logged out of both sites, cleared my cache, relogged in. still doesn't work. I also changed my PW to force logging out of both sites. Still didn't help.

So I managed to figure out my issue. Which was that I have to manually enter the url to new Subeta because it always shows as logged in when I log into old Subeta. Brinny you s having the same issue. How do we log into new Subeta when it always shows us as logged in?

FYI, it's working now. I don't know what the difference is..but at least I can manage my cw items again.

How did you fix it? Mine still is broken..

- Basically you are not logged in to new subeta. Clear your entire cache (not just the most recent) and log out of both new and old Subeta. Open a new browser tab and manually enter : https://new.subeta.net into the url bar and log in. It will spin but just ignore it. Open a new tab and log into old Subeta (if it hadn't already logged you in) and go to the cw page. This is what I did and it managed to load at last.

I appreciate your help but this didn't work for me :( I wasn't able to log in to the New Subeta after clearing the caches (it just kept spinning and I couldn't click 'log in') so I think this might have prevented the solution from working. Thank you for reaching out though and offering a potential solution! <3

- Yea it will spin but that's when you open a new tab and see if you got logged into the old Subeta and go to cw shops. Try filing a ticket. Sorry it didn't work :(
