Everytime I try to buy a CW I get this error that says "Purchase failed: Not logged in to Subeta". Even though I am logged in and at the top of the screen I see my avatar face and the option to log out.

EDIT: after many tries it suddenly worked

I've been getting this the last few times I tried to buy s/thing, especially with invites. Usually I go to my wardrobe and if it loads, then I'll go to the CW shops via that route and for whatever reason, it works fine.

Hi guys!

Is this still happening?

If it's still happening, a few questions:

  1. What browser are you using? Have you tried another? (Just to see if it's limited to certain ones).
  2. Does a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) work?
  3. How often does it happen (i.e every time, majority of the time, half the time, sometimes, etc.)?

Thank you for checking in. Since this happened early April, things have changed and I personally don't have anymore problems except for occasional ones that seemed to have been resolved, as well.
