Can someone tell me how to get a Scootle?

You need to do the Nature Hike in Riverside every day for a few days, if you progress through the hike you should see a scootle on different parts of the trail each day that you can click on, and once it reaches the last page after several days, if you click on it a final time it will give you a popup message with the link to the page where you can create one.

Alternatively, you can use one of the various Scootle Elixirs to turn an existing pet into a Scootle.

So did some searching, and found the news post when released HERE (18 May 2018) anyways from that post you need to go to nature hike find it in one of the areas and click on the scootle to try bonding seems to be once per day, think it may take a couple days to do but after the first one bonding won't be necessary anymore.
