unable to edit or preview pet pages.

exactly what the title says. i am able to get in to the edit page and type changes to a pet's profile, but i can't preview or save these changes. the cloudflare page loads and then immediately redirects me to a pet page that's blank (if i preview it) or removes the changes i made (if i edit it). it's been this way for months and i'm wondering why; i have followed all of cloudflare's suggestions to run antivirus scans and nothing has changed.
