[edit] When I look these items up on Subetalodge I find "Unreleased 2021 Mysterious Melody Item".

The items are not found because they have been made staff item rarity until they are ready to finally release those items. It was done because the release keeps getting delayed due to various circumstances, so that people could get the achievements for things like a complete plushie or beanbag collection without unobtainable items counting against them. Making them staff rarity basically just makes them hidden for now until they're ready to be released, although they still seem to show in the missing foods and missing books lists (but it's not as much of a problem since there are no achievements for a complete book or food collection).

I imagine it will resolve itself once they are finally ready to release the items.
