Original Post: I've gotten this message as a sidebar event at least 3-4 times today (all coming in at different times):

For reference: My subscription renews on the 12th of each month, so I always get a notice that I'll get the new item when it is released (as part of the overall subscription message) and then when the new item is released I get a sidebar notification of what the item is and that it's been added to my inventory. I've never gotten this particular message before.

I don't know if it's related to an item being added to the directory and removed and added again or something or if it's a weird error or if it's a trial to let us know the item is coming soon or what, but I keep getting events. There's no new item showing up in the directory so I'm not sure what's going on.

I am getting this message too. When I logged on today I had two of them that seemed to have appeared around the same time (both said 1 hour ago on hover) and just got one more now, 17 minutes ago. My subscription renews on the 13th each month.

Same here, got it three times today. I don't even understand the wording of this message because the item can't both be "now here" and still unreleased...what is the purpose of this notification? lol I'm pretty sure the event you get when your sub renews already says you will get the new special item when it's released...

I also got it three times today and I don't understand the point of it. Surely, the message we get when the item is actually in our inventory is sufficient and we don't need this weird headsup three times in one day.

This happened to me as well, maybe when they changed what the alert would say it accidentally happened for the last few items?
