I went to buy an item from Subeautique but turns out I didn't have enough SP on hand to complete the purchase

So I went grabbed SP out of my vault and went to retry my purchase but was greeted with the error that I made a recent purchase and need to wait a bit of time. (5 minutes)

small update also happens when you go to purchase an item and it's sold out that also trips the timer
