I seem to have made a mistake by redeeming a loyalty crate while having another on hand in my on hand inventory. I lost the second one when I tried to redeem the first. I was trying to redeem it for a hold account token. I also don't seem to have received anything from the loyalty crate.

Sorry, item count got me yesterday. I realized that too much stuff on hand can hide things and the amount I had on hand to organize is why I was activating the ga. They were hiding in the overflow.
