I just had 1.515m in my shop and ~8.5m in my sP on hand. I collected my profits and was expecting to have ~10m sP on hand. My shop till is now at 0, but my sP on hand has not increased.

Sorry, I'm not sure if this is a one-off or a recurring issue because I'm kind of scared to test further, lol.

Please file a ticket to have this taken care of. It may have been due to lag and a UA can reimburse your sP.
