Hello guys. How can I get into the blue building? I have achieved all other items on the list.

It says that a blue building password is required, but how do I get the pwd? I tried searching on the Internet and it's said that the pwd is given in random events, is it? Thank you!

It is given through a random event, but I believe you can only get the RE to spawn by refreshing on the Blue Building page. You don't actually need to know the password to get in, just get the RE, so if you want to refresh quickly until you get it then you can do that without having to worry about skipping over it.
