Can a friend that is frozen and still shows as a frozen account, also show up in my friends online list? At the same time?

tbh Im noty sure..maybe if they are trying to file a ticket or something? Ive honestly never noticed before, does seem kinda strange though

this happened to me a few days ago, i checked her profile and it was right around the time that her username was supposed to clear. it's clear now but she's still frozen. idk?

Yeah, very weird...this is a user that has been frozen for a while now, still is, yet they showed up on my online list, status and all...SO strange, like...twilight zone or something :D

A frozen account can show up as online when they're on filing a ticket.
