i have 2,139,512 sp in my handy dandy sidebar. trying to get playful,whimsical/dolly dreadful (1,750,000 sp). i’m not the best at math, but um….? i thought when i bought one of the new strains (unclog) earier, it took 50k instead of the 25k listed, but that’s a small amount so whatever, nbd. but i do want this strain and don’t feel like paying over 3mil sp for a single skin (ie double the listed price for no apparent reason)….

Also here to report this problem, but for cancelling a virus. Took out well over the 1mil and still getting an "Oops! An error occurred: You don't have enough sP for that." error :S

This happened to me last night as well. To anyone else encountering the problem who sees this, logging out of 'regular' subeta and clearing cache didn't fix it, but logging out of & back into New Subeta did.

Seconding that logging out and back in seems to fix it (I did so on both versions of the site just in case)

Just got this same error message again, tried everything I could think of and couldn't get it to work. I had 2.7m on hand and was going for FootRash (furious/torn), which costs 2.25m, and tried:

• logging in/out of regular subeta
• logging in/out of new subeta
• clearing cache
• using mobile instead of desktop
• having 80m onhand instead of 2.7m
• giving up on foot rash and choosing a different/cheaper strain

And nothing would cause the error to go away. I ended up opting for the free version, hope I don't get the wrong infection.

Signed out. Cleared cache. Signed back in and tried again and still the same error. I'm just trying to get Metalmorphosis for 150k and I have more than enough sP on hand.

You may want to try the free version and then go to the boards to get bites.
