So let me start by saying I am completely dumb when it comes to anything tech or art related. What I am wanting is a billboard made for masquerade. I had one made years ago that had a picture of the Jack Nicholson Joker that said "Have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?" I no longer have that image but that is what I am wanting. Just a picture of him and that phrase so you could do it however you want. I have no idea what something like this would cost so if you could give me a price that would be great.
