I'm a newbie at battling, but I'm interested in improvement! my battle pet is

the set I'm using is:

and the scrolls I have are

atm I only have ~50m, though. that's the individual price of most weapons I've seen around in guides, so I'd like some advice. are there any cheaper weapons I could use to improve my set for a while, or would it be a waste? should I buy only one on this price range - would it make such a big difference? If so, which one? I can defeat most opponents around ~3000hp, but that's where I stop. this obviously slows my aquisition of battle shop tokens too.

what about modding weapons? are there any of the ones I already own I could add a crystal? or would it be a waste too, considering my set? and cash shop challengers? are there any who would be 'worth it' to get? (better loot, easy wins, I dunno)

For Mods I would just throw Parched Baguettes on everything.

The main thing to keep in mind is that if you can beat malerias famililar that you can also win the Malerias cursed arm bangle. Especially if you borrow weapons you might be able to do it for free.

There is also supposedly a Gelatin war coming up, and I forget what level you can start to beat the Gelatin Wizard, but you might almost be able to earn a Maniacal Essence in the Gelatin War that has been teased by the BAs for a few weeks now.

You can probably beat much stronger opponents BTW.

I do want to get the energy helmet and the mecha, but that will have to wait until I'm able to defeat extremely hard and impossible challengers... that didnt happen yet.Still having trouble to beat challengers with 6k hp. I use freeze+ blast first, and then the weapons. Am I doing something wrong?

With the set recommended I would personally do this

Turn 1 Gorgun + MCAB (malerias cursed arm bangle)

Turn 2 Acorn bomb + recycle blaster

Turn 3-whenever you need heal MCAB + prodigy’s eyeball/large gutting knife

Healing turn (approx 25% ho or lower) MCAB + pquill

Then finish off with your main attackers If you don’t have that scroll he recommended I would highly suggest getting it.

[edit] To add, if you have any left over room in your budget I would buy a couple . There’s some in trades for like 12m I believe and that would help you out tremendously. They are also end game scrolls, so it’s a lasting investment.

My arguement for not upgrading the LGK right now is that when someone says they are on a pretty strict budget I don't think you necessarily want to spend it all.

If your wanting to actively go out and spend 50mil on battling Mcab + Prodigy eyeball are the way to go. It just feels a little weird to reccomend weapons that someone will win eventually for free to someone on a strict budget.

I would almost say to get Reborn Icewand of Doom instead if you going to use multiple pets, but since MCAB is about ths same price, I went with the MCAB instead.

keep pushing it on the BQs, you might be surprised how much further you can go, especially with some luck and dodging certain opponents.

With uneven training and perfect I think it's possible to full clear BQs as a high T9, low T10, so even with suboptimal weapons and stats you might be able to make it further than you think.
