Hey, I referred a friend to the site. They did the introductory "course" with Sarah and all and had a profile (I was even able to send them a gift), but for some reason the site refuses to let them log back in. Neither version of the site lets them in (old subeta and new subeta).

Anything we can do to get this to work? :/

[-Dattoo] If they aren't already using it, see if they can try getting in on Firefox. I still run into issues on Chrome.

They cleared their cache and cookies, and it's still a no go :( They didn't even get an email confirmation though, and whenever they do try to log in the site gives a "user/email not found" etc.

Yup! Fingers crossed they get it to work.
