Unable to pick a skin base?

Hi all,
I returned to Subeta after many years and wanted to update my avatar, only to be unable to pick a skin color base! I tried clicking each color which shows up on the preview, but it will not apply to my avatar. The base category does not show up as applied on the layering log at all. I am primarily using google chrome on a 2017 macbook (OS monterey). I also tried using other browsers (firefox, safari, puffin) and they all had the same problem. It looks cool to be invisible but sometimes I want a little color lol! I've attempted clearing my avatar, logging in and out of the new subeta, etc. Anyone else have the same issue? Thanks for reading!
Hi there! There is a thread right above you where you can post to have your HA reset. I am going to go ahead and do that for you. You shouldn't need the thread (because it usually only happens to returning users) again but I have linked it below.
