I'm getting kinda desperate with this thing. I've tried to cancel my subscription for 2 days now but it just... won't, so the only solution would be to edit payment method but the page goes blank after loading for a few seconds. Same happens with at least 4 browsers. I've created a ticket but wanted to hear from other people if they have this same issue. I've never had this issue / heard of it before, and that's why I'm slightly freaking out.

What date is your subscription supposed to end? You can cancel anytime, but it won't end until the end of the month after you last subscribed. I canceled mine a few days ago and this is what mine says:
CANCELED: Your plan will end on 02/12/2022
It's the 13th on Subeta now, but it still shows. I'm not sure how long it takes to actually cancel.

I think what they're saying is that the cancellation of the subscription won't go through. From what I understand, after trying to cancel on multiple browsers, the only option they could find was to edit payment info, but even that page wasn't loading.

You will likely be assigned someone tomorrow (or potentially the day after since tomorrow is Valentine's Day). I don't think they work on the weekends and I think sometimes they are off for holidays, depending on the holiday.
I hope so! I totally didn't take into account that it's weekend. And I keep forgetting about Valentine's haha! I'm fast to freak out when it's about money (or the lack of it lol) >_>

Ticket resolution has more coverage on weekdays; we do have people taking them on weekends, but when/where it is assigned can also depend on the department or scope of the problem (if multiple people are having the issue, if it involves real money, etc). Valentines Day will not affect the coverage, though, so this should be on the problem-solving docket for tomorrow (this is definitely something we'll be wanting to take a close look at to make sure it's not affecting others as well). @ Galaxia Thank you for replying! I'm hoping this will get fixed and it will be just an extremely selective bug! No being able to cancel the sub NOR access payment methods genuinely terrified me. I almost went as far as to close my bank account lol...
I did remove my bank/card info from my paypal account and disabled the automatic payment but there's no knowing if it will work before the subscription rolls over next month.
It doesn't charge until day-of, so you'd have until the 10th anyway and we could edit the information manually to remove/change the details associated with it. But it's also understandable to worry about money, unfortunately I think there are plenty of people who've been in the place where even a five-dollar unexpected charge can be ruinous (I've been there myself). So this is definitely something we want to sort out, and should have someone working on it today.
