I tried to complete Shinwa's quest today, she had me go to Cinthia. About 4 times back and forth and I realized the shard just wasn't being awarded (I wasn't paying attention for a minute lol)

I tried one on my boyfriend's phone and it didn't work there either. We are both on Samsung mobile devices but have never had an issue.

I cleared my browsing data and refreshed, tried doing other quests, nothing is fixing it.

I'm on desktop, win10 & FF, and just tested it, worked fine for me (not that it really means much, stuff often breaks on one kind of device, but not another).

Did you do an account search in case you accidentally quickstocked it?

I definitely didn't QS it because I never went to my inventory but I did just search it jic and nada.

I already cancelled her quest for today because I didn't feel like getting on my laptop and didn't want it to somehow mess up chances tomorrow but if it's not fixed on here by reset I'll try it there and see if it messes up there too

EDIT: It appears to be working today. Not sure what glitched yesterday.
