I've tried submitting a CW multiple times today. Each time, when I click the "Submit" button at the bottom, nothing happens. However, if I click on my submissions, the item is there. Here's another problem though... On the submission page, there's no CI or image overlays attached to the submission. And on top of that, if you cancel the submission, you're not refunded the CSC.
I'm having the same problem, and I didn't even realize until it ate up ALL my csc.
I currently have 12 pages of blank submissions... (Also it's not obvious that your item is submitted, as nothing appears to happen when you click the submit cw button)
Same thing here. And I couldn’t delete the extra submissions without manually refreshing the page. Still missing some csc too.
Oh dear, this happened to me a few days ago (submitted an item two or three times) and I didn't notice if it was eating my CSC. Eventually I got it to go in right but now idk if I actually lost CSC or not.
I wish I had seen this sooner. I just submitted something everything is blank except the notes. I cancelled my submission and it did not refund me my CSC!
I am filing a ticket now!
Keith and Jessi are investigating! Please don't feel bad about filing tickets for reimbursement as needed for CSC not being refunded, we want to fix things when they're not working as intended!
For this topic, description of the items submitted could be useful in case there's some common feature. Screenshots are handy (thank you, )! Putting them in your ticket is fine as well, but info here centralizes it for tracking and reports. So for timeframe as well, if anyone was having this issue before the timestamp of the first post, please put in this topic when you first ran into it.

I was having issues yesterday between about 7:45-8:30 PM Subeta time. I tried submitting/cancelling the same item (jewelry, new item, first submission) 5x and it ate all of the CSC (which I didn't realize until I came back to old.subeta). Similar is screenshot, CI and overlay images were blank but the other info seemed to submit just fine.
Mine happened a bit after Rogue. Also happened with my Periwinkle Chopped Rabbit Locks
I did not do a screen shot, but luckly had just bought CSC from the cash shop! I have not purchased anything from anywhere, but submitted a CW. It was a recolor of Lavender Posh Puppy Fabric! I did not know we could post unsubmitted items.
(it may not have worked when Galaxia tried!)
I'm actually out of town until tomorrow afternoon, but this I'd an alert about this. I can see where it's broken in the queue and I've passed the info on to !
