The About Subeta link at the bottom of the page shows stats. You can check out the species list. Doesn't tell which colors are the most common or rarest, but it does give an indication just based on the total numbers onsite. The least common non-experimental pet is the Urubu.

If we're going by the list referred to, I think the more condemning evidence is for the Aeanoid and the Hipottu. Unlike the Urubu, the Scootle, and the Qrykee, both have been around for a very long time and yet they don't have the numbers. Not even on inactive members' accounts.

That seems to be backed up by my lived experience too - I hardly ever see an aeanoid or a hipottu owned by someone or even up for adoption.

I have five Aeanoid pets: Graveyard, Chibi, Sweetheart, Hydrus, and Nightmare colors. Several were already Aeanoids in the Adoption Center. I do not have a Hipottu, but do have Urubu, Scootle, and Qrykee. Love your HA! :)

I like the Aeanoid, but admittedly mine is a Reborn and that's one of the few I like on them. My eyesight isn't perfect, and a lot of the colors with special artwork end up looking like a confusing mess of spaghetti to me.

That said, I think the fact that they have a weird mechanic to unlock might also be a factor, there aren't many Scootles either (although as mentioned, those are also newer). And a seed is currently more than twice as much in the user shops as a Common Kumos Elixir, and I don't think they get randomly dropped as rewards like elixirs sometimes do. So you've probably got a few different reasons why nobody's likely to get one unless they REALLY specifically want to go out of their way to get one over all the other choices more readily available.

while readily available, I really don't see all that many Charlies most of the time, which is a darn shame as they are my favorite pet species as a whole. I hope to eventually adopt a third because I just love them so much. They are underloved imo
