missing loyalty boxes

So, I haven't redeemed any loyalty boxes in many years now. I was originally going to do a whole bunch of things with my pet treasure chests and then redeem them all and do a whole thing, but life has gotten in the way and I haven't been here very much.
I was just in my inventory, and noticed that the loyalty box was a single. Then I remembered I joined Subeta in January, so I went to my dashboard and got my 15yr achievement, then went back to my inventory....
And now it says I have 2 loyalty boxes. I should have......... quite a few more than that. Did they get moved somewhere? Did they get cleared? Am I SOL because I didn't redeem them?
There are some in your vault so be sure to check there. You'll also want to make sure there aren't any hiding in shops, etc and you can search on the account search. If you think you are still missing some, please file a ticket and have a UA look into your situation.
