Tried to combine Bagged Pufferfish and Empty Aquarium to create an Aquarium Pufferfish but instead got the message: On No! Invalid combination! I'm guessing it's a bug? SubetaLodge gives those as the correct combination. Putting the items in my vault and hoping for the best.

isn't a Genetech item. When you have and in your inventory, click on the Bagged Pufferfish and there should be a "Special Use" section that says something like "Give this pufferfish a place to live!" which will create the Aquarium Pufferfish.
