I sent a gift to my friend on december 16 and she never got it. She came over today and logged in for the first time in a while. And my gift for her was not there. I can see that I sent it in my Sent History. I wrapped it in a "Icy Blue Snowdrift Giftbox". It was a Custom Wearable that's no longer available.

Did they make sure to check the drop down menu on their gifts page?

They need to go to their gifts and select December, then 2021.

Otherwise they get January 2022. The gifts page sorts itself by months and years.
