sent gifts and given gifts , it says empty. I do apolgise I found them in december . So stupid of me , sorry X

How were the gifts sent? Did you check here and here?

And if you already collected them, have you done an account search for them? If you are missing any actual items, you will need to file a ticket to look into a reimbursement.
