I am extremely interested in Gorgon, when unique names were a thing I tried for Medusa so many times but alas, it wasn't to be. I would of course keep her name, and the species and color work perfectly too. I'd build up her tc, get her some art and a profile, write up a good story and fill up her TC as well as train her up for battle :)

Revel has my HEART I'd love to do a hedonism pet, the lap of luxury, no good is too much sort of deal. I'm such a sucker for revelry and indulgence in characters. Perhaps a bandit leader who's well known for targeting royals? Or a deity who's soul purpose in life is to have a good time theres SO many possibilities

I would absolutely love Andy! My partner is named Andrew and as you can guess his entire family calls him Andy. None of my coding works right now on my pet profiles so please look over that. I'm trying to relearn new coding and find sites for help which hasn't been easy it looks like so many people have stopped updating. But I do make banners and digi art from free use stock/textures/fonts etc. so I would love to give her a custom lookup eventually once I get that sorted out. Her personality would be quiet and shy until you get to know her, in which she can be boisterous and super bubbly. She would have a love for loud music, video gaming, and fast food (and I would fill her treasures with items accordingly). I can add more details if you'd like so let me know if you need or want anything else!

Gosh I'm tempted by Revel, but if I want to write a hedonistic devil-may-care thrillseeker, I should really get to work on Nary oops. Could I toss my hat in the ring for Gorgon?

*I might end up adding/changing bits of this post, it's kind of a work in progress Here's what I'm thinking so far: -Thinking of potioning to Nightmare Serpenth because the more aggressive strike posing looks more monstrous rather than smug (which is how the Bloodred reads to me) -She'll get trained up with the rest of my account; most of my pets (other than Samsara and a handful of others who are farther along) just crossed the T1/T2 cusp and I'm sure she'll catch up relatively quickly :) -TC with snake/statue theme, possibly other tie ins to story as I flesh it out more (i.e. innocence, destruction, etc) -My current group of pets with similar plot ideas/story beats consists of (most of whom are unfinished haha oops, I just like collecting interesting things for TCs; I did just finish Jillion's story though, if you'd like to take a look!) -Gylfie discovering the existence of greater monsters/nightmares by reading the stars -Damaris having a kind of monster hunter angle to her story, but is ultimately becomes a peacemaker after discovering a kind of humanity in the demons she once hunted -Kona has a bit of a siren theme to her after getting merc'd by Merana, embodying what it means to take on the identity of a monster -Hecate is a new non-legacy addition to the party, but I was thinking of playing with the idea of an alchemy-tinkering sorceress who pushes magic too far, maybe in the sense of a mother of monsters idea (which, I know doesn't follow the Greek mythology canon, but if storytelling doesn't let you entertain the fun stuff, what will?) I think I could get Gorgon to fit right in with them and maybe even tie some of the stories together :) I'm honestly thinking like... a sympathetic monster angle. While I'm intending for Kona's story to show like a corruption of self due to a very human sense of hatred/revenge (like embodying the idea of monster), I want to play with the idea of innocent intentions and disastrous consequences, fleshing out a tragic character that, deep down, wants to embody a sense of human goodness but finds herself totally incapable of doing so. In a sense, the Nightmare color ends up having multiple purposes: showing her as a nightmare to normal people and how her situation is a living nightmare to her. If you'd like to see some of the TCs I've compiled, I've done some fun curation for Samsara, Kona, Encanta, Jillion, Damaris, Fengo, Gylfie, Grank, and Narrative! (To which you will see that I have no shame about hucking high value items in haha)

The history junkie in me is also tempted by Hamilton and is itching to do a satirical take (with plenty of creative liberties) on the historical figure haha. Like money-obsessed, narcissistic, image-focused shallow boi who neglects the people who truly care about him. TC would have a gold/money/photos/writing theme. I feel like this is kind of a surface level want (later edit: especially since I found Nacht in the pound and can get my history junkie fix off of writing about Kristallnacht) so if someone deeply wants him, feel free to pass me over :) even later edit: I've realized that I would love to make Lewis Hamilton into a meme because the man needs to be knocked down a few pegs in F1 smh... consider me in. I guess a lot of the themes on Alexander Hamilton still kinda hold huh--except there'd be more theming on automobiles/victory

my pet profiles are pretty stale these days and in desperate need of an update but ... honestly I'm holding out for the potential pet profile revamp which we so desperately need ;U;

I can't say how much I'd do with Andy right now, but I love real names and I like that it can be male or female -- so many possibilities! I would like to explore my 'witch detective' story world more, perhaps Andy would fit in there amongst the magical characters and urban settings ...

I absolutely love Revel and would love to apply but my real life is not really leaving time or energy for Subeta right now. It doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon so I really have no clue when I'll get a chance to actually work on my pets. Doesn't seem right to even thinking about adopting another amazing pet when I know they will just sit on my account for an indeterminate amount of time.

Hi @ orion - I'd like to apply for Revel.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the name is someone eternally happy who revels in all the little things in life. A constant optimist, always smiling, always bringing light into other people's lives.

So if I were to adopt Revel, I would turn her into a spectrum pet and pair her with Lavish, a recent pound acquisition of mine. I would like the two of them to be sisters: one finds joy in the experiences and wonder of life; the other finds joy in taking care of others.

I'm not completely sure of species yet, because I would like them to match (Lavish would be sweetheart to Revel's spectrum). But I'm thinking possibly Ruffie, Torrent, or Kerubi. I'm not usually a big fan of torrents, but I think the spectrum and sweetheart torrent looks come really close to embodying what I envision for Revel and Lavish.

[Edit]I've had a story idea develop since my initial post.

There is an old fairy tale about a fisherman who finds a golden fish, and the fish says that if the fisherman lets her go, then she will grant him three wishes. So the fisherman does and keeps getting more and more elaborate in his wishes until he realizes he liked living in his little fishing cabin best and asks to go back to his old life. This is sort of the inspiration for my story idea, but with a twist.

Revel and Lavish are water fairies. Unlike mermaids, they skate on the water (like water bugs) and only go diving under when they feel like it. They live on lily pads, icebergs, or whatever may be floating on the water in their climate.

One day, they're skating along, minding their own business, when a turtle comes along and swallows them whole. They beg him to release them and use their little bit of magic to give him an awful stomach ache until he spits them out. Unfortunately, this is one of those "into the frying pan" scenarios - they get caught under an avalanche of stones and are dragged to the bottom of the sea. Water fairies can breathe for a long time underwater, but they cannot survive forever. They used up their magic escaping the turtle, and they cannot free themselves. As their lives ebb away, they are found by the golden fish from the tale. She is old at this point and knows she herself will die soon, so she tells Revel and Lavish to wish that they could take her place, and they would live.

Immediately, the water fairies make this wish. The golden fish vanishes, and at first they think they had been hallucinating when they realize that they were breathing more easily and had been freed from the rocks. They look at each other and discover that they have been turned into fish. Revel is an opalescent, iridescent fish whose scales glisten like silver in the sun. She enjoys jumping out of the water and making a big splash. She seeks out rapids and waterfalls, coaxes Lavish to explore dark tunnels, and swirls in a cloud of bubbles through thick seaweed patches. Lavish is a deep rosy color, like clouds just before the sun sets. Revel is flashy, but Lavish is beautiful, and she glides through the water with grace.

Both of them have the ability to grant wishes, and they always seem to end up with the people who need to learn the unique lesson that each can provide. Lavish tends to find people who are discontent with what they have, and she gives them their heart's desires and more. They either learn through their follies to appreciate their old lives, or they never learn but the things Lavish gave them melt into water a week later. Revel gravitates toward people who are discontent with what they do. She helps them throw big parties and become great rulers. But like Lavish, Revel's wishes teach a lesson. Her "victims" learn to appreciate the small things in life that bring joy and to understand who they are. Or they don't, and they quickly find that their parties grow boring, or they are overthrown in a coup.

hello there! i'd like to apply for Anvil :D

i love collecting fan pets on here, as it became a bit of a tradition when i first started playing; since the LN system went up though (during my last hiatus), i became a huge elder scrolls fan, and have been looking to bring in some pets that i could use as fan pets!

now that being said, since i got into this after the LN system went up & it was during my hiatus anyway, i never got any legacy TES names. but now, since all my other fan pets (and all my pets for that matter) have LNs, i've been making an effort to stick to collecting LNs for any new pets i get!

so i dunno how much you know about elder scrolls, but Anvil is the name of a city in an area called The Gold Coast which shows up in both Oblivion and ESO! i thought, as a result, it would be a fun LN to either turn into a fan pet for an NPC that i like, or into one of my characters that may frequent anvil in-universe C: so while the "real name" would change, the LN would be like a little easter egg!

as a result i haven't decided exactly what pet they'd be, but at the very least they'd be something deeply loved ^^ since either as an OC or fav NPC i'd be looking for a combination that fits them as best as i can get here! (i just haven't gone looking yet since i'm waiting to grab a pet first lol)

Ahh, Anvil! I remember when I was F5'ing the heck out of my pc when he was clearing haha

I would make him a blacksmith ofcourse. Probably in the Dark Ages. I see him as a bear of a guy like Wesley from the GoOutside shop. He's making all these armor and weapons during the day, but when his shop closes he likes to make jewelry in secret and gifts them to his partner
