Too intrusive for me. If I'm not onsite, I don't want to be bugged. Which is why I have notifications shut off at my browser level. Even getting the notice asking for permission is annoying to me.

Of course since this is a personal preference I can turn off with my browser creating notifications won't affect me. However, I'm still against it because of the time and resources it would require to implement. There are much better uses for staff time and resources.
